  1. Why are people mad he’s defending Sirianni? The media put words in his mouth which is the only reason he is speaking today.

  2. I said this yesterday, but this was always the downside of a star player not talking to the media. Fans and some lower rate media just make shit up. If you don’t like Nick then Brown’s mad at Nick, if you don’t like Hurts then Brown’s mad at Hurts. If you don’t like Brown himself then he’s just bitching that he’s not getting the ball.

It sucks, but the best thing is just to talk even if you don’t say what you want to in the manner you want to.

  3. Now kids, what did we learn from Chip Kelly?

That’s right: if the problem is always execution, the problem is actually coaching.

  4. Lol I remember how everyone was so fucking sure that AJ was going to rip the entire organization apart and throw Nick under the bus because obviously the coaches lost the locker room.

God you people who actually bit on the bullshit rumor mill spewing out speculation pieces preying on a hostile fanbase are ridiculous.

  5. So it’s not the coaches? Cause it still seems like it’s the coaches. Love to hear AJ has faith in the team and God I hope he is right. Cause right now we seem like a bunch of lost high school kids out there. Can we please win another Super Bowl that would be greaaaaat!

  6. Kudos to AJ for taking accountability and exhibiting some confidence and belief in his team. This doesn’t sound like a locker room that is lost or on fire. I can see why he was chosen to be a captain.

  7. Dawg I love AJ Brown. Thoughtful responses. Hope he proves all you haters wrong man.

  8. This one interview has given me more hope for the playoffs than anything the team has done in the past month or so

I’m ready to be hurt again.

  9. So the offense players are most likely pissed about our Swiss cheese defense. Also probably mad at themselves for stinking it up.

  10. Shirt on? At his locker not in his driveway? No form a calisthenics happening? Praising the HC? Taking accountability? I popped all this fucking popcorn for THIS??? AJB i’m happy you’re not TO toxic but I’m definitely not entertained.

  11. Yeah but was he doing sit-ups in his driveway? How can we take him seriously if he’s not at least shirtless?

  12. Criticisms of Nick’s offensive capabilities are still fair. But AJ is showing the positives of having a player’s coach. Not saying it always equates to success but if Nick would’ve threw the offense under the bus I guarantee AJ would be having a different tone rn lol

  13. AJ showing you why he is a captain of this team after that. All that diva talk nonsense needs to be smacked down.

  14. We all know AJ wasn’t going to rip anyone a new one. This still leaves more questions than answers.

  15. On one hand I love this because he’s being mature and not some showoff diva WR about it all.

On the other, if execution is the problem that *still* falls back on the coaches.

  16. Did anyone really expect AJ to come out and say “this playbook and coaches stink, Nick shouldn’t even coach Pop Warner, Howie should go back to the mailroom, I wrote Mikey V but he still ain’t callin’”?

Even if this is complete bs he’s still a professional and wants his game checks.

  17. Idk why but this press conference made me ready to run through a brick wall. If this is the mindset of the lockerroom we really could make a run. it’s 0-0 come playoff time fuck it lemme be delusional and positive
