Customs Jerseys I got made.

I got a local gear company here in Ottawa to make some sublimated jerseys I designed. I wanted some new jerseys to use for pickup hockey (always need a white and a dark jersey) and I thought it would be cool to get something nice and unique. I had a bunch of ideas and themes in mind but just settled with a Stars theme since I love em so much.

Home: My favourite logo is this one but I always loved the beveled aspect of our current logo (also the old Texas Stars logo). I also figured since the jerseys would be sublimated, why not have fun with some gradients and throw in a star pattern to add a bit of depth, oh and a galaxy. I really wanted to do ‘gold’ dots but kept Tom Gaglardi in mind for that.

Away: I personally loved the Mooterus logo and always liked the idea of having it on either of our greens (oppose to black and red!!!). I found an image on google of this unique Mooterus logo that had the horns flipped and a few other tweaks that I thought properly optimized the logo—so went with that. It was important to keep it white so I had to keep it pretty simple; settled with some subtle gray star patterns on the waist and on the shoulders. Opted for no shoulder patch on this one.

Went with Modano on both jerseys cus hes just my all time fav, and put on the C for fun. These jerseys were suppose to be fully sublimated (printed on the material) but the company surprised me and actually stitched all the patches, which really made my day. Hope you guys enjoy em, I dont even want to play in them now.
