Update from Chytil’s trainer in Czechia

  1. We don’t know what symptoms Chytil is suffering from – headaches, dizziness, light sensitivity – but being able to exert himself training is a really good sign.

  2. Between him flying (flying is bad for concussions) and now this picture I wonder if his rehab less about a head injury and more about strengthening his core .I looked at Mika last night sitting next to Othmann on the bench who is not small boy but Mika looked Huge compared to Othmann I wonder if they told Chytil you have to get stronger

  3. *hits blunt*

Drury is playing 4D chess by Kucherov-ing Chytil

    That’s what I tell myself

Ready for Tarasenko to come to the team and Chytil to magically be ready come playoff time

  4. Maybe the concussion symptons have faded and now it’s jsut strength training to get him back up to par for the NHL? Maybe he was just more comfortable doing this in Czechia rather than in NY, since this is where he trains all summer anyway

  5. This is all nice but one bump in the head can be dangerous. Doesn’t even have to be hard.

  6. There is no reason to rush him back is my guess. If the Rangers are fighting for a playoff spot or something g maybe this whole situation is different.

  7. I mean it literally says “He’ll be back stronger than before.” If that doesn’t sound positive idk what to tell you guys. Sure head injuries are unpredictable, but I doubt this is the caption if its all doom and gloom and there aren’t plans for him to be back.

  8. He’s a great player, and I’m glad to see him taking the time he needs to be healthy. I hate seeing players get rushed back and promptly getting re-injured. Better to take the time and know that everything’s good to go than find out the hard way that it’s not.

  9. Hopefully we can get a nice return with Chytil being shipped out in a package deal. He has no place on this team and being so concussed at his age doesn’t help either.

Perhaps a fresh start elsewhere serves him well.

  10. Well that’s his brother so… but yes. I hope and pray he’s right!

  11. Rooting for full health first, return to the game second. I know it’s a profile photo but damn I feel like he needs to bulk up some, upper body. Give that kid some protein shakes fcs.
