Harris and Ingles are essentially just to make salary match. Ingles hasn’t worked out there, and Orlando is probably ready to move off of Harris at this point of his career.
Isaac in theory is a nice piece, but can’t stay healthy. He’ll give us a bit more size on the interior for a year.

Teams very rarely trade their most recent draft picks and their future FRP.

You’re getting buried but this is an objectively better trade than the Miami one. I’m not sure the Magic makes a move this season, they might just wait and see how things look in the playoffs and adjust from then. But if they’re desperate enough to make a move by that point, that could be a decent framework. I’d probably put Fultz instead of Isaac though, considering their backcourt logjam.
Also, all the people replying that Caruso commands two FRPs on his own are delusional. Unless they’re two highly protected, never conveying, guaranteed to be dogshits picks, no team sheds two picks for a 30 years old role player with only one year left on his deal.
This is soooooo dumb.
If we are giving up LaVine and Caruso then I would be 100% demanding Jalen Suggs+. These 2 guys are proven. One a star scorer and the other a top tier perimeter defender. Not giving that up for 2 unproven players, 2 old commodities, and 2 uninspiring unknowns.
