Shout out to Lue for getting this ship right with this squad. A lot of folks doubted him and his abilities from last season (I was apart of that crusade), but he’s proved a lot of folks wrong. He’s undoubtably a top HC who has this offense HUMMING and has always had it humming when 213 is healthy dating back to 2020. Mastermind on the sideline.

  4. Feeling good about not losing the faith. Had a down year when half his family died but the track record still meant more to me.

  6. Even tho I wavered a bit on him last season at times, I’m super glad we have Lue and am especially glad the Lakers insulted him with their offer.

  7. I think everyone who posted “Fire Ty Lue” should be banned from posting until they simply admit they don’t know shit about coaching. Then they would be accepted back into the fold, but not without admitting it.

  15. I like Ty but don’t love him, has his weaknesses. I’d say he’s more around 10th best coach in the league. Having James Harden run your offense, I mean I think that’s the major change of why the offense is humming and Kawhi and PG being more efficient/getting better looks. Ty hasn’t magically been drawing up better plays or anything. He is good on rotations, player management, although he coaches the most isolation heavy offense in the league and would not stop playing Mook the last few seasons. He is leagues better than Doc though

    I’d say off the top of my head ahead of him have to be Spo, Malone, Pop, Carlisle, Jenkins, Nurse and Kerr, but that’s just my opinion
