  1. looks like Atlanta will be tanking the season.

I think Raptors will end up a play-in team. would like the 7-8 spot so we at least get 2 chances to make the 1st round.

Would love to get one of those 5+ win streaks one day

  2. They’re gonna make a run at some point unless Siakam stays past the deadline (I think the team’s underachieving this season is in no small part due to all the trade drama and will be resolved once Siakam is finally traded)

My guess is they will be back to .500 by end of February, early March at the latest.

  3. no matter how hard they pivot I just don’t see any scenario where they’re worse than the top 4.

  4. I think at best the Raptors could get down to 6th passing Memphis, but other than that I seriously doubt they could get any lower.

The best I see the Raptors getting to in the standings whether they trade Siakam or not is the 9th seed, I think they end up surrendering a pick to the Spurs in the 11-14 range which sucks but it is what it is at this point.

  5. I don’t see Raptors (at least intentionally) tanking this season. With these new additions, I have renewed hope they’ll be in play-in rankings.

  6. Guys chill, not even All-star break yet… These dudes are good enough, we can turn it around and squeak into the play-in and lose there and lose our pick. Just think about it! In all seriousness, don’t think we’re bad enough to tank that hard and keep our pick. We gonna get better after this trade that’s for sure, just how much better is yet to be determined.
