I feel so bad for the guys who fought so hard to win the division; Josh Allen in particular. He’s been a warrior throughout the season and hopefully he can stay one for years to come.
If they don’t sign him I swear

You cant light someone elses fire unless you are lit yourself. Who is going to step up and lead this team?
First priority this offseason is resigning Allen
That’s on Doug. He’s not the same guy as last year. He had zero energy on the sideline, especially the second half of the season. I don’t know if it’s a medical thing or personal thing. His lack of energy was contagious and it showed in the teams performance.
I feel jags should sign Allen just for his leadership

I just don’t think that team was good enough to just run it back.
This dude is awesome. I hope he finds a winning team some day. He deserves it.
Tell me you’re poorly coached without telling me you’re poorly coached
The spark was the interior DL playing lights out. That definitely didn’t happen this year.
