Bad year for him. Very possible something not going well for him outside of basketball
Wiggins was clanking elbow jumpers. people mentioned RJ as a negative asset. Wiggins is *really* what a negative asset looks like
One bad year doesn’t negate his talent
he’s not just playing bad he’s actively hurting his team right now. He’s playing without any effort whatsoever. I would’ve loved to have 2022 Wiggins on the Olympic squad but we’re better off without this version of him

Somethings up with him. He’s got a ton of talent. Including him in a big Siakam package could be a nice change of scenery for him.
Lewenberg always seemed like a company man to me but lately he’s had a harder reporter that siakam doesn’t talk to Masai and now he’s roasting Wiggins.
Wasn’t he the one who didn’t agree to the 3 years commitment? Now he wants to play because the team made the Olympics. So they have to kick someone off the team who did make the 3 years commitment? Seems a bit unfair regardless of how good Wiggins is
Wiggins was by far Canada’s best player when Nurse coached. He almost single handedly won that game that would have qualified us for Tokyo, but was the only guy really doing anything. This is just an absurd take. We still had a Scrubb brother on the national team. No disrespect to those legends, but they’re not NBA calibre, even a struggling NBA calibre player. If Wiggins wanted to play Jordi would absolutely have him.
Canada Basketball needs to chill with this try out stuff. Certain players deserve legacy status and Wiggs is one of them.
