Lance Lynn appreciation post

Your contribution to our playoff embarrassment by giving up 4 straight bombs lit a fire under the front offices ass and now the same fans who gloated about beating us are now crying for a salary cap to be implemented.

  1. He was trying to get Mookie fired up, but, alas, Mookie instead went .000000000000 in the playoffs.

  2. Nah bro for a hugggge fan min I wanted lance with the dodgers then shit show happened & I was like 😐 didn’t know u can do that 🫨🫤

  3. As a dodgers/white Sox fan I’ve seen a lot of Lynn lately. Wasn’t ever the best and has certainly lost a tick or two over the years, but I always enjoyed his attacking nature. The guy is just the kind of bulldog you want from a pitcher. Wish him nothing but the best.

  4. He was looking like the best trade deadline pitcher by far there for a while and then it started to come back down to earth after the 4th or 5th start..lol I wish him the best (unless the dodgers are playing him)

  5. If you told me at the beginning of 2023 that we’d win the division with 100 wins, but get swept in the NLDS by the Diamondbacks with a starting rotation of injured Kershaw, Bobby Miller, and Lance Lynn, my first question would be “Wtf happened to the Padres?”

  6. I’ll actually give him credit, we knew he sucked but he went out there and pitched, hats off to him for giving it his all even if it didn’t work out.

  7. I’m low key disappointed he didn’t work out. His first few starts looked promising then it all fell apart from there

  8. He was part of a trade that got the Dodgers some international money so they could sign Hyun-Seok Jang, as well as bringing Mariachi Joe back.

    ….and that’s what I appreciates about him.

  9. In a way maybe he did us a favor. If he wins game 3 does Kershaw go game 4 and redeem himself therefore not having that horrible outing in his mind in the off season to give him motivation to want to come back?

  10. You won’t be so happy about spending money when the Phillies bounce you guys in the NLDS in five games
