  1. I think AP will be a better HC than DC. I hope he gets the Raiders job.

Looking at strictly the Giants perspective, they can do better at DC than Antonio Pierce. I hope Giants keep their DC options open and not just stick to guys they know.

  2. Added bonus is Davante might request a trade to the Giants if Pierce comes. Would be a nice WR to pair with a young QB, or even DJ.

  3. I said it yesterday in the /r/NFL black monday megathread, and I’ll say it again: the Raiders would be stupid to not hire him as the HC, based on how the locker room and fans have reacted to him. However, if they don’t, Giants better bring him home

  4. Either him or the return of Patrick Graham seems like a win-win. AP really displayed his leadership skills as IHC but I wondering how his X’s and O’s are. We all know he can lead a locker room but will his schemes irritate Daboll like Wink?

  5. Dude honestly deserves to be given the full time HC job after what he pulled off. But if he doesn’t get it I would love to have him here.

  6. He would be great. Raiders would be crazy not to lock him up as their HC though

  7. Id prefer to bring back Patrick Graham. Giants offered it to him. His defenses were actually better than Winks and he had less talent overall. If Antonio Pierce stays they will like keep Graham. So either both are available or neither.

  8. Don’t love it. He’s proven he can be a head coach, or at least deserves a solid shot at it. If he comes here and succeeds it’s a one and done and we’re back on the market.

  9. That would be so fuckin hype but he also more than earned that HC job with the Raiders so I’d feel bad for him if he doesn’t get it

  10. Some forget all he contributed when he came over from Washington. He immediately took charge of the Defense then and was instantly promoted to Captain.
