I’m looking at this and I am really on the edge of tears rn.
I’m very curious about what he says when talking to the press, we probably won’t get a straight answer but when you see things like this it makes me at least think maybe this was always the plan for the end of the season
I love this man. Thank you so much Pete!
😭
Backwards hat in the 70s. Gotta love Pete
This pic hits deep :’) Thanks for everything, Pete!
We only wish we could look this cool at age 72!
I’m glad Geno and Tyler Lockett did their magic to send Pete out with a win, in the most Seattle Seahawks way possible (ie: wild last minute victory)
the Cards game was a “win that felt like a loss” at the time, but goddamn i’m so glad Pete went out on a classic wacky dub — and with Tyler’s potential last catch as a Seahawk
Yeah I think he has known for a few weeks at least. People are talking about the interview where he states he wants to stay but he is too gracious to say something like. Nah I’m done. Later.
Very very memorable foto
Seahawks don’t make the playoffs. Huskies lose the national championship. Pete isn’t head coach. And it’s only Wednesday?!?
That Philly win was so important to Pete. We’ve never seen this team lose three in a row, let alone four or even five.
I’m so glad I went to this game now. I went to his first and his last game at Qwest/Lumen
He’s still gonna be with the team, we will have plenty more pics like this. It sucks it happened so fast but this is what a lot of people saw coming or at least wanted in a way. We get to keep his energy and passion in house but also get to move forward with the progression and direction the league is headed. I’m happy it at least seems amicable from how it’s all played out so far. God bless Pete and his family for what he’s meant to and done for this community. Sad to see the day but excited for the things to come. Now let’s honor this man and get a great coach to follow in his steps. *Cough* Dan Quinn *cough*
Disgusted that his last home game was a loss to the Steelers :/
Horrible idea firing the 2nd most winningest coach of the last 14 years. that level of ability is not a fluke and is not easily replaceable.
Thank you, Pete. What a coach, what a guy.
I need some sort of commemorative coin, card, jersey, something for this man
Can we get a high def version?
Makes me even happier we got that W over the cards.
Pete goes out a winner, like he should. Like he deserves.
Last game a win, last season a winning season.
Damnnnn this make me emotional. Have a great off season Pete , it won’t be the same without you

I’m legit sad. We were so spoiled.
Why does this pic specifically make me so sad?
Fuckin’ champ!
Thank you for the wins Pete Carroll!

Yeah, but [this one](https://imgur.com/a/affLNJy) means the most.
