I will never stop rooting for this man. I just loved the joy he played with from skipping back after a big 3 or that time he got fouled for an and-one and started air swimming on the court. I’m glad he felt the love and can see the bigger picture. This trade really could be a huge win-win for both teams, but it doesn’t make me less sad about not having our Quick still in blue and orange.

I don’t know if Quick will ever read this, but I do hope you and RJ will never see this trade as “just business” by Leon Rose and Thibs but more like some proud fathers watching their sons grow and hope they get better to where they land.
