  4. Good for him. He is deserves a shot and his further experiences with the RAMS means he is ready now.

    Being a leader of a NFL football team at 31 or 32 is not easy. He is better prepared to succeed. I hope he gets it. He will be great.

  6. Raheem deserves a head coaching job. As long as it’s not in Seattle I’ll be happy for him.

    Edit: also as long as he does his job with us until the season is over and doesn’t phone in the game plan so he can get started at his new job like Staley did in 2020.
