  1. * Jones returned from a shoulder injury.
    * Vlasic couldn’t convert on a short-handed bid.
    * Wedgewood left the game with an apparent injury.
    * Katchouk scored on a rebound.
    * The Stars scored 8 seconds into a PP.
    * The Hawks are giving a good effort, but struggling to score without their top forwards. They’ve scored only 1 goal in each of their last 3 games.

  3. as much as it sucks to lose, it makes me so happy to see them diving to save pucks on empty net shots. it really feels like they’re fighting for it

  5. Why are posting up the goalless Jones to score in the final minutes? Puck in front of him he wifs first shot, slams it into the defender on the second, and then lobs it in on the third.

    I cannot wait til this liability is no longer on the team.

  8. We are the Icehogs at forward but it was a phenomenal effort, especially by the D.

    But Seth Jones is Seth Jones.

  9. The current line up plays hard but just doesn’t have much skill or offensive ability. They still fight hard

  14. It’s hard to be mad at this team right now for the losses. They’re clearly fighting hard but this is an AHL team and they just don’t stand a chance.

    I do kind of blame Jones for the EN, though. He passed the puck to the slot when there was no one in red there and just gave it right to the Stars.

  15. The best compliment and insult at the same time. Caley Chelios is INCREDIBLE at post time stuff. Hope that’s what she does from now on.

  17. I think it speaks volumes that Reichel isn’t stepping up with all these injuries. That missed chance he had in the 3rd was particularly ugly. He _has_ to finish in those situations.

    Sending him down to Rock Vegas might be in the cards once the team starts healing, cause skating him on the 3rd and 4th lines isn’t doing him any good.
