Been saying this for awhile but we need Slowik as the next head coach if we fire Nick. What he’s done for Stroud and this Texans offense is remarkable.
Outside of coming from the Shanahan offense, a massive underrated aspect of him is he has a an understanding of defense as well since he started out as a defensive coach.
Get him here Lurie, he will be THE top head coach candidate if not this offseason, then certainly next season.

Vrabel with Arthur Smith as OC is my first preference but wouldn’t be unhappy with Slowik.
Whatever happens with the coaching staff, we need to incorporate more under center and motion in our offense

imo it’s too early in strouds career to definitively say who is responsible for his success, this slowik guy really could have not much to do with it at all
