Jaime lit up 15pts in the 1st Q and then the groin injury ***SUCKS***. Groin injuries linger. He’s the one Heat player to avoid injuries the 1st half of this season and sadly it finally bit him too. Jimmy, returning sooner rather than later is more important now than ever.
Bam had some good jams. Herro started inefficient but finished with a solid statline. Gotta say though, how ass is Charlotte? They looked like their players enjoyed some South Florida nightlife cuz goddamn. 1/17 from 3 to start? Barely broke 30 at halftime? Bridges was the only player of theirs who looked good. As an aside, LaMelo Ball playing that “idgaf” style of just chucking deep 3’s is horrible development. Can’t ever become a serious, winning player with that sort of style. Tough time to be a North Carolina sports fan I guess.
The Heat can always make my weekend better when the Dolphins do everything they can to make it worse. Loved Wade being there. Can’t wait for the statue

I know Charlotte sucks but that’s why it is even more important that we won this game and showed some good things. Duncan and Bam played great. Jaquez played great prior to injury, hopefully it’s nothing serious. Jovic showed some good versatility playing some minutes at the 5. Our defense looked good as well. Yes Charlotte sucks, but holding them below 90 is still a good sign.
Missed the game, how bad did Jaime’s injury look in real time?

Fucking mad as hell. Jaime injury spoiled the whole night. Groin injuries usually take a month or more to recover. He could have had a 30+ point night but nooooo, instead now he probably won’t get a third consecutive ROTM due to missing half the month.

According to Spo in post game right now, Jaime is gonna be listed day to day, he’s not gonna travel with the team to the next two games but the medical staff and Jaime said it isn’t serious
After 39 games played, we have 4 Heat players averaging over 40% from 3 with at least 2 attempts per game.
That’s very encouraging. I hope that the reg season will be good practice for us to rain it from 3 during the playoffs.
We are 4th in team 3P%. We are middle of the pack in terms of volume though.
If I was charlottes coach I’d sit Lamelo’s ass. Some of his shot selection was atrocious. His teammates were probably pissed. His body language is trash. He’s such a punk bitch. Can’t believe he didn’t get a tech for holding Bam’s leg.
