  1. TBF, any one of Jorge, Eddie or Joc would work for me.

    Edit: The Unexpected Trinity

  2. Eddie absolutely dismantling the Dodgers in ‘21 will forever mark him solidly into my top 5 Braves of all time

  3. Outside of the holy trinity from 21 (Joc, Soler, Rosario) what about Freddy Garcia in 2013? “Just make pitch”

  4. Everyone once in awhile I’ll ask my son if he remembers game 6 when Soler hit a ball so hard they had to repair the International Space Station.

  5. Ohhhh I have a new answer! Francisco Cervelli, I remember him being a lot of fun to watch and have good post game interviews.

  6. Gotta be Joc or Soler.. Chris Martin is another name I’d throw out there even though he was on the team for 3 years.. His 2020 was unreal. Now he plays for my other fave team the BoSox.

  7. Matzek. I know he’s still on the team so his time here hasn’t really been short, but his career overall has been pretty average. But that game 6 against the Dodgers was one of the more amazing things I’ve seen as a Braves fan.

  8. Evan Gattis. It was a few year run but that first half season was wild.

Also Ben Sheets’ nine games stretch will forever be one of my favorite Bravos stories.

  9. The answer to the question is Joc. He was here half a season but had an entire fanbase wearing pearls. He has a huge personality and won the city over. And he turned the clubhouse around too (vibes were not great after the Acuna injury). There’s a reason he was brought in a couple weeks before the trade deadline. AA knew what he could do

Soler is probably a close second for his World Series performance. He’s just a little quieter than Joc so he didn’t gain as much popularity as Joc did. He’ll always be a hero in Atlanta though

If we didn’t re-sign Rosario he’d be in the running too. His hot streak against the Dodgers is legendary

  10. Recent memory is definitely Soler and Joc. Hard to really throw anyone else out there for this really.

  11. Uncle Jesse has to be up there for a variety of reasons. Top of the list being how he was traded for Iglesias, tanked on the Angels, and came back to us lights out all in the same season.

  12. Another one for me: Charlie Culberson. I can’t recall anything particular I liked about his play other than being a do-everything type guy, but I just love him.

Also, and this may be an unpopular one, but Deion.

  13. Sid Bream. The Slide in 1992 put him on the map, despite only being with the Braves for 3 seasons and that in his second.

  14. Soler’s solar shot still hasn’t landed yet. Heard it approaching Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 soon

  15. Braves? Babe Ruth. Partially tongue in cheek but technically – he was a brave. I always like to throw him in on all time Braves outfield…Aaron / Ruth / Murphy hehe (though Ronnie could take Murph’s spot in a few years)

  16. I think it’s wild people go crazy over Jorge soler because when he was with us he was one of the worst starters on the team
