  1. Continuing the change

Yet to see if its good/bad, but based on the way things are moving over the past year it seems like they’re making sweeping org changes in good ways in terms of the long term operations… but never wish people to lose their jobs, in general.

  2. Shocking no one. Regime changes always comes with a rotation of the staff, professional sports or otherwise.

  3. So unless I’m mistaken, the CEO, aka, Michael Bidwill, is the one who hires and or fires the CFO, so while its possible Monti reported stuff to him he saw and had concerns about, ultimately this would be largely unrelated to the changing of the guard at GM and Coach, and more about Bidwill not liking how financing was handled during an openly tanking season. Maybe the CFO pulled the trigger on pushing a ton of resources into switching social media and merch from referring to its fans as Red Sea to instead referring to them as BirdGang and fan feed back and merch sales were extremely poor even by tank season standards, making it all look like a big waste of money during a season where they had to expect the incoming cash flow would be significantly lower then usual?

  4. Bidwell was tired of the staff complaining about having to pay for their own lunches

  5. Layoffs!? Dont talk about LAYOFFS!?!? Are you kidding me? Layoffs!?!? I just hope we can win a game!
