[TSN] Ottawa Senators expected to ask Vladimir Tarasenko to waive NTC, listening on Jakob Chychrun

1. I am so ready for the carousel of Vlad/Chychrun to Carolina again.

2. New trade deadline, same pieces.

3. I am done with Tarasenko, he clearly doesn’t want to play here and right now we don’t really need him. Even if he changed his mind at this point, too little too late. He made his choice firing his agent and going to Ottawa, he bet on the wrong horse.

   Chychrun is also a no-go, we’re all full up on left handed D-men. Orlov is locked in, Slavin is definitely getting re-upped next year and I would rather keep Skjei this summer.

4. I really would love if we could get someone like Tarasenko, we’re not offensively consistent enough to make me feel comfortable if we were to encounter say, Florida again. But my guess is we’re going to spend our assets on a goalie and not much else.

5. I’m only here for the “they don’t play our system” comments

6. Expect the rumors of Gibson, Henrique to return just like every year. We’ll probably end up with Allen and one of Buchnevic / Saad.

7. I’m so ambivalent about Tarasenko. I never know if I direly want him or direly don’t
