31. Somewhat new hockey fan, grew up in NY but live in CO now. All I know about Messier is he won the stanley cup on the Rangers. Had no idea he has won it 6x or that he invites such ire from the hockey community.

    But fuck Messier I guess?

42. I’ve been a lifelong Canucks fan and Messier fan. I was pumped as a kid when he joined the Canucks…what a disappointment that era was. He’s still one of my all time favourites in spite of that bad era in Canucks history.
