That’s actually TWO cases of cans.
48 * 12 = 576 ounces or 4-1/2 gallons of pure pre-accountant Schlitz beer which, at the time, was billed as “the beer that made Milwaukee famous”.
That’s 48 bottles…two cases. Two fisted and shoulder carrying slopper.
You used to be able to come from the brewery after work and bring your beer with you. The owner tried to increase beer sales at the games and started banning carry-ins and attendance went way down. He got rid of the ban and attendance picked up a little but enough to keep the Braves in Milwaukee
