Former Titans HC Mike Vrabel to interview with Chargers for head coach opening

He’s probably a good fit over there. Seems like they have most of the pieces just need a leader type. Their defense sucks though
Seems the Chargers are interviewing everyone under the sun. Saw David Shaw as well as Harbaugh interviewed too.
I think chargers will end up w harbough. Don’t know why but I’d like to see vrabes at Seattle
Also in talks with falcons and Seahawks
That’s a place he could legitimately win a SB in the next couple of years. They improve the defense and ball out with Herbert, they’ll be dangerous. I think anywhere else he’ll struggle. However, the Chargers are starting to age, so it’s a bit of a risk for him that he may have a couple of good years and then hit another rebuild. All the other teams will suck too much in the beginning and Vrabel gets obnoxious when teams suck. I’m also not so sure he can turn around a sinking ship, he’s only shown success when the pieces are already in place. He may have some success with the Seahawks also, but I could see him interview with division rivals to try to increase his contract price.
I could be in the minority but I don’t like this fit for him . Their cap is fucked and they’re going to have a ton of roster turnover I don’t think he’s the guy to rebuild even though they have herby .
Harbaugh DC i bet. Lol I feel like Mike isn’t ready to go fully back into head coaching.
He will win super bowls with Herbert if he goes there, mark my words.

He would have them ready to play. They have elite players on defense so I think just a culture change would do a lot for that side of the ball. And they just need another weapon for Herbert, and the offense would pretty much take care of itself at that point. So good for, but like others are saying probably Harbaugh.
