Two additional 3rd rounders is an insane grab for Raheem. I can hear Snead’s pants growing from here.
Also Raheem deserves another shot at being a HC.

One can only hope, those two juicy 3rd rounders will be awesome. People forget that we picked Ernest Jones from with the comp pick from brad holmes leaving. These comp picks are low key broken. Another chance or two every year to get a starter for a few years for free is insane. I really hope we hire another minority DC after as well to keep the cycle going

This sounds to me like he thinks Raheem is not getting hired for any of the head coach vacancies. Maybe I’m wrong
I’m very conflicted about this…we’ve done wet with most coordinators so it’s not like I’m super worried about replacing him, but I think I’m higher on Morris than others on this board. On the other hand, I’m really happy for him and think he deserves another crack at being a HC, and I think McSnead could do some damage with 2 3rd rounders
Hope he goes AFC. It’s been a roller coaster with Rah but he does very good things and should land somewhere good.
Yeah, Raheem is so great, that his defensive scheme to start the game was to allow Detroit to score 21 EASY points back to back to back.
Don’t take my word for it, even experienced commentators said the same thing, about us playing defense soft and back, giving receivers tons of space.
