A major issue for any team trading for Fields is that the new team will immediately have to decide on Fields 5th year option and make it fully guaranteed.

Caleb is honestly probably already as good if not better than Fields.
Fields is a mid tier QB, plus by trading Fields they will get draft capital back in return and by drafting Williams they get to reset the clock on having to pay a massive QB contract
