We have had way too many injuries.
Edit: let me clarify. S&C coaches will usually get the blame, whether justified or not when it comes to injuries. It’s a numbers game.

I wonder where this leaves Giemont given his health issues? Looking back at past assistants with NFL experience, I wonder if they call Justus Galac back? He was here for a season as an assistant, and has 10 years experience in the league.
Injuries or not, feels like most changes are welcome changes. Need fresh faces in Pittsburgh.
Maybe they won’t get hurt as much now

I saw a physical therapist who owns a company on the Steelers Instagram after minkah went down with another hamstring injury saying “This is my humble application to take over the Steelers strength and conditioning program. How many of the exact same hamstring and groin injuries have to happen every season?”
Hey, it’s that guy you always see on the sidelines during the game and wonder wtf he does.
