Jason Lloyd being a goof

Even when Mobley improves his shot, teams are going to live with it. Look at how little gravity Ice has despite shooting well!

Just not an issue for this year (or probably next).

  1. One of JA and Evan needs to be able to stretch the floor if both are playing 30+ minutes.
So yeah, Evan‘s lack of shooting progress concerns me. The only thing he improved shooting-wise is his finishing. His shooting percentages from 3 feet away or more are still terrible.
JA has much better percentages away from the basket. But I‘m not sure that his improved shooting is enough.

  2. If Mobley can prove he can hit 3s in a pick-and-pop and spot up in the corner then we are immediately title favorites.

  3. He’s right though. Mobley wont take it to another level until he takes his shooting to another level.

  4. I wonder why JA doesn’t try to shoot more from the perimeter. His shot looks smoother than Mobley’s tbh. Either way, happy to have Mobley back.

  5. It’s not happening this season so we might as well all chill and be happy he is healthy.

I’ve been saying this all year: I just want to see Evan hitting his FTs at 75+% and he has been doing that. That would indicate that he is on the path to being able to hit corner 3s at an acceptable rate

  6. Evan was thought to be a KD type player entering the league. I like that he’s beefed up and has improved his finishing, but he’s turning into a true center/back to the basket type guy which is don’t think is going to allow him to reach his full potential, especially when we have JA doing it better
