Are we…making the right decisions?
Said it in another post, but with Harbaugh and McGuire we needed a guy that is not looking for the limelight and can come in and build a solid scouting foundation. Plus he’s coming from a top-5 front office and has worked with some really good GMs. I think this is a slam-dunk hire.

We found him because John told Jim to hire him, lol. Don’t remember who I heard say that a few days ago, but apparently John talked him up in a presser as a hint to Jim to hire him. I didn’t know whether to believe that or not until we actually hired him.
