D-backs finalize 1-year deal with slugging vet Pederson

I’m not super sad to see him leave, but I kind of enjoyed Joc as a Giant. More than I had expected at the beginning, for sure.
Was fun for a bit, but the decline in athleticism combined with locker room problems was only hurting this team.
Slugging is not how I would describe joc. Love the dude and hope he succeeds but I’m glad he’s not going to be eating up a spot in the lineup this year.
had a fun couple years but it was definitely time for him us to move on, hopefully he plays well in arizona
