  1. 2 of 4 seasons? Where did they rank the other 2 seasons? And what’s their average rank for all 4 years? I’m not necessarily disagreeing he runs the ball, this stat is just phrased like classic cherry picking.

  2. Plus he hates to call under center plays, as the AZ media made a big deal of Kyler being under center over 30 times on the last game of the season compared to the years before under Kliff

  3. I see the organization is trying to establish a narrative because they know this hire is suspect. Kinda crazy that they massage this to hide that they were like bottom-half the other two years and only reason they were top ten the other was because of Murray scrambling.

They must really think the fans are dumb as shit.

  4. Half the yards accumulated weee Kyler not knowing where to throw yards.. Aidan is a fuckin statue

  5. You would too if your qb couldn’t see over the pocket and took off running in a lot of passing plays too

  6. A tweet from everyone’s favorite, Josh Dubow:

“They were never top half in league in non-QB runs during those seasons and had 4th fewest carries and 7th fewest yards/game on non-QB runs in his tenure.“

  7. A lot of QB runs, but I also remember them having awful O-lines. I think our line will be much better than what he had. I also think we’ll be targeting a dual threat QB to use similarly.

  8. A big criticism of Kliff is the Cardinals hardly ever worked from behind center. Hopefully that gets addressed.

  9. Who cares about rushing attempts? We should be discussing points, points per drive, and expected point metrics.

  10. If the Raiders wanted to be tops in rushing luke getsy had the bears finish 2nd this last season and 1st the season before.

  11. He had a running QB and ran a famously up-tempo offense.  I’d expect a team like that to have rushing attempts and yards higher than their real effectiveness at running the ball.
