It’s crazy that these two guys basically had zero interaction before they were hired and yet are in complete lockstep with each other. It’s also crazy that neither were on the 1st draft of the candidate lists either with Disner discovering Holmes and Dan using his connections to get on the list.
Speaking of Disner, I think having him do most of the contract negotiations and money managing instead of Holmes has really allowed Holmes to focus on his strength in scouting.

Times are different here in this great city of Detroit. With the type of organization we finally have from the top down, we’re gonna be competitive for YEARS and I’m here to savor every last second of it ðŸ˜
