  1. I don’t think Wolves have access to four 2nds. They have Memphis 2nd this year, Utah 2nd next year, and worst 2nd of Indiana, Miami, and Spurs in 2026. Their 2029 cannot be traded because the owe 1st to Utah top-5 protected that could become 2nd. Perhaps they can trade 2030 2nd?

  2. Is the assumption that we’d sign both him and Conley to new deals this offseason?

Pretty sure 4 seconds is all the draft capital we have left post Gobert trade, using them all on a backup PG when we already have Jmac may not be the best use of assets imo.

  3. In a few days Washington will call us back and say can we do that 4 2nds and Connelly will tell them it’s down to 2 2nds now.

  4. The Wizards front office is so awful at trades, they hold the line, wait too long, and then have to trade the player for less value. I bet they’ll trade him for less or equal to what the wolves offer

  5. Backup PG is a need but I think an outside shooter could have a better impact. I think trading the rest of the little assets they have for Tyus would be a mistake.
