Potential Chargers OC Greg Roman on designing an offense

Look he’s not a popular hire but he has worked with Jim before and was successful. The ravens could’ve used him vs the chiefs just saying.
Hopefully he’s learned how to design a flood concept since his last stint as an OC.
I’m scared.
The way people are instantly writing him off is a little baffling.
I’d rather Herbert throw 20-24 times a game with a dominant run game than burn him out.
He’s not a potential OC hire. He’ll be on the staff in some capacity.
If Harbaugh is okay with him, I’m okay with him
Game balance
Herb doesn’t need to throw 45 times a game
Have faith in coach HARBAUGH
Hopefully, whoever they hire helps Herbert become more fluid/mobile in the pocket.
If he came in as something less than OC I’d be ecstatic.
This hire is NOT exciting
Yeah it’s funny because I went through his coaching history and noticed none of his QBs he coached were really traditional pocket passers like Justin. I’m excited what he is going to come up for our team but hope it doesn’t take too long to implement.
