Tanev is like your first car. You remember it being much better than it was. You could go buy it again but you’ll never enjoy it as much as the first time around. Some things are best left as fond memories.
It’s been four years since he left. Tanev has only been able to stay healthy for a whole season once in a 14 year NHL career. Calgary wants a first round pick + prospect.
