[Krawczynski] One of Monte Morris’s greatest strengths is taking care of the ball. He has never averaged more than 1.0 turnovers per game in the NBA. Will be a big help for a mistake-prone Wolves team.

The guys nickname is “The Count of Monte Assist/TO”. Gotta be one of the best nicknames around.
That’s really an incredible stat. Especially considering he averaged 29.9 mpg one season.
R.I.P TBJ. Loved the hustle. Good luck.
I’ll be honest, I was worried we’d end up with nothing or have to overpay. Getting Morris while hanging onto Miller is an impressive move. He could legitimately start post-Conley. The downside is that he’s an UFA, so we’d still have to work out a contract to keep him if it comes to that.
That’s pretty damn nice. I wanted Tyus Jones but Morris looks similar based on stats.
One of MN greatest strengths and taking on a player who is good at their particular skill and making them under average for some reason.
Chemistry failed!
I remember Jokic talking about how much he loved playing with him and how close they were (and still are). Reminded me a lot of how people speak about MN Mike, so he should be a good locker room presence as well.
Imagine going from Detroit to Minnesota is like going from the slums to a mansion.
Monte and Tyus have been lords of AST/TO basically since they came into the league. I’m so excited.
So weird to see a playoff move, but that’s when this should pay off
Only if Finch plays him on favor of those who do turn it over? The problem is that the three biggest offenders are Edwards, Towns, and McDaniels. He’s not taking any of those minutes.
RIP Jmac
He seems to be averaging 4ppg…context?
So when we get up by 20+, just give it to him the 4th and let him run out the shot clock, problem solved.
Hows his defense? I actually dont know much on that end of the game for him.
So now we got an extra slot, curious if we will make a big trade yet or just move up one of the G-league guys to sit on the end of the bench move often
