[@CharlieG__](https://twitter.com/CharlieG__)From the Bengals: “Rascati comes to Cincinnati from the Minnesota Vikings, where he spent the past two seasons (2022-23) as assistant offensive line coach. He previously served as an offensive quality control coach with the Denver Broncos from 2019-21.” Just like most of the Bengals’ staff, he’s a former quarterback.

Sounds like Zac is structuring his staff more in line with what McVay likes to do with the Rams.
I’m all for anything that helps improve our offensive structure. As good of players as we have, we’ve been far too prone to stagnation for extended periods the last 2 years.
That’s two guys interviewed that have O-Line coach experience too. They know they can’t completely remake the Line this year so looking for ways to either improve on what they have or scheme around their weaknesses?
That would be support to the O-line coach and the new OC. Pollack can focus on run game coordination and Rascati would focus on pass game.

I’m curious what the plan for QB coach is. This is a cool hire though.
