12. The reality is even if we draft a rookie, all signs point to DJ starting week 1. I much prefer letting rookies sit at least a bit, if at all possible, before throwing them to the lions. Unless we splash up into the top 4, guys like McCarthy and Nix probably shouldn’t be rushed into action. Later round QBs obviously won’t be preferable to DJ out of the gate either.
