  1. My dad bumped into EB at a college party once and EB pushed him down and said “get outta my way f****t” so there’s my personal anecdote of why I never wanted that dude hired

  2. Yeah the nerve of a coach wanting players to practice instead of engaging in conflict with their teammates. Some of you are comical.

  3. It sucks that after wanting EB for so long that he was this bad. I’ve been eating crow since

  4. Steven A yesterday was making this about race. It ain’t got nothing to do with it. Clearly he was a bad motivator and play caller. This Kingsbury privilege argument is bullshit. EB will get a job but not as our coordinator

  5. Getting mad at terry is crazy lmao glad that boys gone hope the next qb is given a fair chance

  6. Na, cause when this happened y’all were defending EB and putting Ron under the bus..

Y’all called players soft..no names were mentioned then..but now that it’s Terry yall wanna point at EB 😂😂😂

  7. And I don’t really think anyone is suprised he hasn’t been grabbed up as a head coach after countless interviews.

  8. I think before the season we all like the “idea” of EB being paired with our receivers and the promise of Howell taking a step forward. Quickly we found out that the players didn’t like him, now from the reports at the time I will admit I thought it was our players being soft and not wanting to practice hard. Turns out EB was the issue. Running the ball was always the biggest complaint even from this sub, glad to see the players agreed. BRob didn’t get a fair shake and now Howell will probably never get another chance because of this season.

  9. Everybody shitting on Howell just imagine your first season starting in the NFL and you got that fucking whack job running your offense. We could of had a in his prime Marino and EB would of found a way to fuck it up with his awful play calling.

  10. and now we’ll use the 2nd pick on a QB who could end up being worse than the one we never gave a fair shake to that’s already in the locker room

  11. This is the difference between a well run organization and us in the past. Kc knew EB was shit, guy wasn’t even cdling plays. Let him go find a gig as an OC and we were thrilled to have him lol. Hopefully that shits done now. Dan Quinn might have been a “boring” hire but I’m loving they staff he’s assembling. If those Dallas pricks wouldn’t of blocked some interviews it’d be even better. Fuck dallas

  12. Bieniemy’s issue has nothing to do with being hard or strict. You can be hard and strict yet effective. It’s not being able to relate to the athletes or properly communicate with the athlete to actually coach, train and teach them.

Not everyone has the ability to coach/train/teach. Athletes, particularly in today’s environment, do not yield well to the old school way of coaching. Results is what matters and Bieniemy’s approach doesn’t yield positive results.

  13. He literally lost the locker room in training camp and reporters were being extremely tight lipped the whole year to obscure what was going on. They were basically in open revolt the whole year against him. Players were just going to directly to Rivera to complain to him privately because they didn’t even want to bother the attempt with EB.

  14. This is non news. A player getting cussed at by a coach in training camp?!! Breaking fucking news. 🤣 This happens in every training camp in the nfl. You don’t think Tom Brady got the business every once in a while? yet this is supposed to be an indictment on EB?

His play calling is an indictment. His coaching style is not.

And I said this earlier in the year…you can’t be a horrible product on the field for 20 years and then when a guy with rings comes in and coaches you hard start complaining like a little bitch.

  15. This is par for the course. The nfl and football breeds this type of undisciplined toughness.

I guarantee you there were identical shouting matches at several NFL practice fields. The difference is winning. If we won X games the narrative would be that EB is a great “old school guy”.

EB clearly suffered from his team’s success in KC, and now he’s stuck in this mode of coaching where he’s his own worst enemy.

  16. This is why this franchise are forever loser, we needed a guy a like EB to be our next coach and change this teams culture to become the NFC version of the Chiefs

  17. I respect the writers who have respect enough not to write this til the off-season and the new regime is in place.

If you have Terry screaming at you about basic practice etiquette that is def a thing, you don’t unload on your team, you have done fucked

  18. Scott Turner was a better OC. What’s crazy is, if Turner doesn’t get fired, maybe our offense is a lot better this past season and we finish 8-9 or 9-8 and new ownership let’s Ron play out his contract. Think about that.

I can’t help but think about Howell in this equation though. Seems EB did everything he could to ruin Howell, so to speak. Hearing that we threw the ball 53 times in a row (if true) vs the Bears is fucking insane. Plus if some of the players were saying this is EB’s team, also a good clue as to why we took such a step back from the last 3 seasons. Plus as soon as EB is let go, Jonathan Allen all of a sudden doesn’t want to be traded anymore. All of these things point to EB being the real problem.

  19. Stuff like this makes me think Howell needs another shot. Can’t blame him too much if the coaches were all inept.
