I guess Washington has had some decent backs over the last ten years. Position coaches seem to be very well experienced so far.
So what is Justin Outten going to be doing?

Randy Jordan was a great RBs coach here. Dealt with a ton of stability issues, yet we consistently had backs who had great years despite the instability.
Players absolutely loved him, too. He was the person who identified Antonio Gibson and Brian Robinson Jr, who were both productive here.
