Well we created Purdy, but at least he is in a different conference
At least we’ve got the weak-armed QB who can’t read a defense and has middling athleticism who’s about to become the highest-paid player in the league.
Sure, Mahomes will prob be great for another 10 years. Doesn’t guarantee anything. Someone as good as him gives you a better shot, but it’s not like Chris Jones and Kelce and McDuffie and Bolton, etc don’t have anything to do with them winning. And when the time comes, it’s not gonna be easy simply replacing HOF level players like Jones and Kelce. Not to mention Andy Reid and Spagnolo. Who knows how long they want to coach. Basically there’s a million moving parts all the time.
