U know whats wild is how we all thought 2 yrs ago Wood was a borderline star. Double double guy who can score but he not able to do that on this team consistently.
LeGM gets the credit
To be somewhat fair, I truly believe we have not fully utilized him properly and put him in the absolute best positions to get the most out of him.
For one, we rarely ever try to create mismatches for him and let him cook in the post with the pretty good offensive skillset he’s shown throughout his career, or even when there are opportunities for it openly, we just refuse to give him a look with any semblance of consistency.
I have to imagine he’s had his share of frustrations, but we all must also acknowledge and give him credit, that instead of moping and speaking out, he’s been on good behavior and hasn’t created any distractions even if, some of his complaints would be warranted imo.
i cant wait for the random big playoff game from reddish, dinwiddie and wood and we call rob a genius
