Imagine him relocating the Yankees and casually telling their fans to go root for the Mets. It’s the exact same thing.

I had never been as viscerally disgusted with a person when he said “a little too late” after the first boycott so I already knew he was scum but this is disgraceful. Never thought I could dislike a commissioner more than selig but seeing what he’s done not only with the A’s but with the league as a whole….
If I remember correctly, he previously mentioned that the Giants won’t get full territorial rights and now he is saying they have full claim to all Bay Area fans?
I still don’t understand why NL West owners are okay with essentially handing their division rivals a huge market to themselves while they have to share similar sized markets with other teams.
