Report: “Internal division” over whether Kenny Pickett or Mason Rudolph should start for Steelers

An all around nauseating headline.
I’m glad there’s division. I just want to know who’s on team Mason. I hope it’s Tomlin.

What about a…competition? No, not that thing where you say it’s a competition and decided beforehand (Mitch), but honestly letting your best QB establish themselves in Arthur Smith’s system. Better yet, why don’t we just let our OC decide himself? I know, it’s a revolutionary concept.
I’m already tired of this already. Matt Canada not leaving until too late into this season hurt the most. Yes Kenny looked ass but it’s worth something that the offense had the best ever game the very first game Canada wasn’t controlling the offense. Going into the season without Canada could’ve gave us a much easier answer.
I don’t have an answer to who I prefer but I think it should be one or the other and obviously we’ll go into the season with leashes on each of them to whoever starts. It’s the cheaper option and I appreciate them each to how they handled their roles ig
I just want to shut off all Steelers news until camp. Everyday it’s the same QB this and that headline.
Mason wants a fresh start somewhere else. Rookie contract Pickett will be the backup. Tannehill or Cousins will get a two year and start. Late draft pick either Hartman or Rattler will be third.
Well Mason isn’t under contract so I’m going to go with the only guy on the roster being the starter till further notice
Cant wait for everyone to mutually decide Mason will start and then Mason signs with Denver
Nothing tells me we are further away from a ship than arguing over two bum quarterbacks. Let’s remember we are Steelers fans and don’t accept perpetual mediocrity.
Its Dulac – so somehow this means the team is actually Rallying around Pickett at a level never before seen.

I think Russell Wilson should start and then we draft a QB in the 6th or 7th round that turns out to be a gem.
Translation: We have no legitimate starting qb.

If I had to guess tomlin is for whoever gives him the best chance not to have a losing season.
Get rid of both of them.
