If I still bet on sports I would be putting some money on the Coyotes. Ultimate trap game.

Matthews and Knies both score, Leafs lose.
Leafiest outcome possible:
Leafs are down 5-2 (both Matthews) going into the third period. Matthews scores twice to get 5-4 and then Knies scores to tie it and send it to OT. Matthews scores in OT, his first 5-goal game, but it’s called back for offside. Then Benoit tries to pass back to Sammy and own-goals.
Don’t worry, I’m going to pick 3 Coyotes in the Tim Hortons’ app. Should be enough to counteract this*.
*There’s no scientific proof and it might very well not be enough to counteract anything.

You say that, yet we resoundingly beat SJ last month to reinforce their 10+ game streak. This team (sometimes) wins the games it should.

The most leafy thing would be for them to lose to the coyotes then blow out the vogons 8-2 the next day.

Easy two points. We stomped Anaheim, there’s no reason to lose to Arizona.
The games I’m most concerned about come after this stretch of easy teams.
