  1. Might not have been sold out, but opposing fans didn’t show up there. Too bad the city couldn’t work out a new or refurbished stadium. It’s a great place for a stadium. Freeways and airport nearby. And BART directly to the stadium.

  2. I miss Oakland so much. Stadium might have been a shithole but it was our shithole. And the tailgating was always the best there

  3. I miss Oakland so fucking much. 😭

the tailgates, that walk across the bridge, the overall vibe in the stadium. nothing compares.

  4. Pro football talk has been taking snips from Maxx’s podcast and making click bait posts. Listen to the pod. Don’t give them clicks.

  5. Yeah that’s not what Crosby said. All he did was share his experience playing ONE SEASON there.

  6. I liked having the old decrepit stadium. I loved the vibe. The feeling of us all as one entity, Raider Nation. You could feel the presence of all the past greats in that stadium.

  7. Yea, he’s got some things to make up w Oakland after that podcast like a week or two ago which has been removed (or at least the tweet).

Honestly, if there is a team that shouldn’t ever shit on Oakland, its the fucking Raiders. It just has nothing to gain by shitting on its old home city. And ofc, this sub shat on oakland in that one thread that was closed.

  8. He’s basically playing away games at home now. The chiefs game and the Patriots game were just ridiculous.

  9. Dying city with piss-poor leadership that didn’t care if the Raiders or Warriors left. Next up are the A’s.

  10. I think all the players who were there did too, and most of the fans do as well. The problem was, the Raiders just couldn’t get a stadium, they kept trying, but the city and county kept trying to screw them over. The city and county both thought that they had Mark Davis cornered and could screw him and the Raiders however they wanted when the Raiders lease agreement was up, and the Raiders missed out on LA. They thought Mark Davis was in over his head, he was a buffoon and he’d have nowhere to go, because Portland was never really a genuine option, neither was San Antonio. But Mark Davis surprised everyone in Oakland, and the NFL, by getting a deal with Vegas
