Dunno about whether you can bring it in (sadly don’t live in the area and cheer from afar) but that sign is awesome!
I thought it was a print at first and was gonna ask you where you got it.

I had a friend who made a sign with the rainbow on it last year and it was fine….but that was also last season
I don’t think they’ll have a problem…they’re mainly looking for swearing or vulgarity (your mom’s aho, etc)

I work for the arena. They should let it in as long as it’s standard poster board size or smaller and doesn’t have profanity. You should be fine. It’s easily not the worst thing to come through the lines
