It’s funny bc if Ollie runs an actual offense then the ball won’t be in his hands whenever he wants it for iso’s. Literally almost nothing changes from where he left off with Vaughn. It’s not as if he was being benched by Vaughn. That should be behind him emotionally.
Also, be careful championing players who were projecting toxicity onto as a positive thing. I think cam has been professional but we don’t actually want childish players not able to keep a straight face about a coach being fired. Players “giving up” on Vaughn or not hearing a coach is still bad. Even if the coach is below average and needed to be fired you still want your players to not give up. You want your players to be so accountable it’s takes a lot for them to blame the coach. We don’t want players being messy anymore and us fans wanting the drama. Both Nash and JV we’ve been hatin on. Now it’s Ollie’s honeymoon phase.
