  1. Two things I noticed about this mock:

    1. You have us trading up to take Bowers, when he could be available at 15. Trading up for a TE, even one as talented as Bowers, also probably isn’t worth it.

    2. I doubt the Chiefs and Niners will both trade up.

  2. I don’t think Ballard would spend the capital to move into the top 10 for a non QB. That’s an expensive jump. You’re probably giving your 1st, 2nd, and a 2025 pick. Maybe Ballard move up to 11-12 range but this seems steep.

  3. You’re gonna get a good mix of people who think this is a slam dunk and people who don’t think we need a tight end in the slightest.

  4. I’m 28 and I’ll die before CB trades up for any player lol.

Edit: trades up for any player in the first round*

  5. If anything, I see Ballard trading back at 15 with someone who wants a tackle, edge defender, or Bowers, and still getting a top cornerback later in the first.

But I think 2024 is an east stick and pick year for us

  6. I would do a dumb decision and trade up to get Marvin Harrison Jr. at WR. But that is me. Thankfully I’m not an NFL general manager.

  7. I think “mock draft season” is worse than “fantasy football season” especially the fake headlines that read like a trade really happened.

  8. definitely don’t wanna trade up when the players that will be available at 15 are very good

  9. People, please watch Bowers play. Depending on what’s given up, he is almost certainly a slam dunk pick. He might be the greatest college TE of all time.

  10. What do we give up in this scenario? You’ve given us some draft picks but not how we got there
