People who shit on the Chargers for picking him up always fail to realize Herbert has never had a consistent run game.
A little nervous but I guess we’ll see what happens. The line isn’t a quick turnaround I’d imagine so scrambling might be the answer till it’s fixed.

As Husker fan, this excites me.
From what I’ve heard and seen the only really concerning thing about Roman as OC is that he’s really bad at designing pass plays. His run design is outstanding and his play calling isn’t a negative. So I’m hoping Harbaugh has built a support system around him that mitigates his weakness, which it seems they’re trying to do

This is what I want. Dynamic run game with play action vertical passing. Easiest way to keep Herbo healthy too.
Nice. It is nice to know what the identity and personality of the team will be. We haven’t had that since Marty and arguably Norv.
I heard great things about his diverse running schemes. Now I’m curious if his year off allowed him to build an equally competent passing scheme.
Looks like we are not picking a WR at 5 after reading that article. Not a bad thing I guess. Probably taking Alt or trading back.
So… one year Travis Henry or Josh Jacob’s?
I think it was Colin Cowherd who said right after the Harbaugh HC hire…
paraphrasing…”With Harbaugh, Justin will now be the sword that kills the other team.”
Justin has been expected to carry the team for too long. Harbaugh will get the other parts cleaned up.
