Best WR not only in Bucs history but league history

I’m not arguing with your title, but I think you need more than a single year of “open %” stats to support it. Being ranked at the top of that list above Mooney, Samuel and Ridley isn’t super impressive.
How is that stat even quantified? Are there experts scrutinizing tape of every play, deciding whether each receiver gets “open” or not on every route they run?
League history? I love Mike but that’s too far. It says a lot about his career and accomplishments that he is even in the realm of that conversation.
He is not the best WR in league history. Ain’t nobody touching Jerry Rice.
Definitely ONE OF the best WR of all time. Anyone who says otherwise is sleeping
