4. The only QBs above Carr that I’d rather Carr over are Michael Penix & Daniel Jones. MAYBE Russell Wilson and Justin Fields. So yeah, Carr is solidly in the bottom fourth of league QBs.

5. I would take all of them over Carr except Young, Richardson and McCarthy.
